Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging it was mailed in. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@thegreencityvapes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging including your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address: 1725 Ximeno Ave, Long Beach CA 90815, USA.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Once we’ve processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
